We are looking for an onsite IT Support professional to provide micro-computer assistance and manage incidents for office and store users in the Netherlands. This position includes the installation and maintenance of equipment and peripherals, as well as support and follow-up of internal applications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite technical support to users, both hardware and software.

  • Manage and follow up on incidents through our ticketing tool, Jira.

  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment and peripherals.

  • Support and follow up on the company's internal applications, providing necessary assistance to users.

  • Diagnose and solve technical problems.

Requirements:

  • Higher degree or similar in the field of computer science.

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT technical support.

  • Experience with ticket management, preferably using Jira.

  • Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Chrome OS), office software (MS Office, Google Suite), and hardware of IT systems and peripherals.

  • Experience in the installation and configuration of computer equipment.

  • Experience in infrastructure and network management

  • Ability to effectively and efficiently solve technical problems.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously.

  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage your time.

  • Language: fluent English (oral and written) required. Knowledge of other languages will be a plus, especially dutch.
